Chiquillas, me tocó un clima realmente inhóspito jajajaja! yo sabía como era el clima en esta época (lamentablemente solo he estado en New York en pleno invierno). La solución perfecta mientras patiperreabamos por todos lados con la Andre (mi fotógrafa, responsable de todas estas fotos maravillosas) era parar por un café o en su defecto una rica copa de vino en Little Italy, mientras esperábamos por unos ravioles y lasagna.
I have entered a truly inhospitable climate!! I knew how the weather is at this time – unfortunately, I’ve only been in New York in the middle of winter. The perfect solution while I was gallivanting all over with Andre (my photographer, responsible for all of these marvelous photos) was to stop for a coffee or when that failed, a rich glass of wine in Little Italy while we waited for some ravioli and lasagna.

Brrrrrrp!! Sí, estaba tan helado como se ve! (-9 grados, pero sin viento, así que no era tan atroz). Pero yo estaba bien. Me puse primera capa de nieve por debajo de todo y medias. Además calcetines de lana merino, más mis ballerinas yosi samra para cuando se iba el sol y se ponía muy helado. Sobre eso, mis jeans Foster, como son elasticados, me quedan perfecto acá en el verano y en pleno invierno, dieron para ponerme mil cosas por debajo sin estar incómoda, la tela es muy rica, muchas gracias por auspiciarme y acompañarme en este viaje!. Los ponchos se usan bastante y seguirán siendo tendencia por lo que vi en los desfiles… así que, ¿qué mejor para el frío que este poncho chileno? realmente me reí del frío en él =)
Brrrrrr! Yes, it was as cold as it looks! (16 degrees Fahrenheit, but there wasn’t wind, so it wasn’t as horrible). But I was fine. First I packed myself stockings and a layer of cold gear for underneath everything. I also packed merino wool socks, plus my Yosi Samra ballerinas for when the sun went down and it got really cold. On top of this, my Foster jeans, since they are stretchy and are great for here in the summer and in the middle of winter as well. They were so I could put a thousand things underneath without being uncomfortable. The material is really soft; so thank you for sponsoring and accompanying me on this trip! Ponchos are used a lot at will continue as a trend based on what I saw on the runways. So, what is better for the cold than a Chilean poncho? I honestly laughed at the cold wearing one =)

Con la Andre, fuimos a pasar el frío de media tarde al living de un amigo. Yo paparazzeada posteándoles fotos, justo antes que mi iphone muriera en el hielo jajajaja! (snif!) El chaleco es de Benetton (antiguo eso sí). Las joyas y mi cartera son de Tous.
With Andre, we went to pass the cold in the middle of the afternoon in the living room of a friend. I was like paparazzi posting photos for you, just before my iPhone died from the ice hahaha (sniff)! The cardigan is from Benneton (but it’s very old). The jewelry and my bag are from Tous.
